Hey there, I’m Shadi — an IELTS specialist, educator, and lifelong language learner. With over 18 years of experience in ESL and 6 years focused on English for Academic Purposes, I’ve helped thousands of students and teachers navigate the challenges of IELTS with clarity and confidence.
I create resources, mentor learners, and coach fellow educators with one simple belief: learning should be purposeful, human, and empowering. Whether you’re aiming for a Band 7 or helping others prepare, I’m here to support you with practical tools, expert guidance, and a personal touch.
Whether I’m guiding students through the maze of IELTS prep, designing purposeful learning and teaching materials, or just chasing a new idea across a mental checklist, I do it with heart — and of course a strong cup of coffee!
Outside the classroom (or Zoom square), you’ll find me behind the camera, editing photos, or being gently judged by Charlie — my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, loyal shadow, resident co-worker, doorbell alert system, and part-time therapist in a fur coat.
